Hello!

On October 28th, I will be making my New York debut! The Classical Theatre of Harlem will be reading select scenes from “The Black Boy in Pink” at Lincoln Center as part of their Playwright’s Playground series. I am overwhelmed with thanks. The Cincinnati Lab Theatre is producing a new production of “The Color of the Leaves.” This play that I began writing in my bedroom as a teenager is now my most produced piece. I cannot believe that the piece has had such a life. Thank you for constantly supporting me and for coming out to see the work. We open on the 19th of July! So many wonderful artists are working on this show.

THANK YOU for a sold-out, critically acclaimed run of “The Black Boy in Pink.” This wouldn’t have been possible without your continued love and support. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude to our cast, creative team, and you: the audience filling the seats. We close on Sunday and will be ending on the highest of notes. This is not the last of “Pink.” Stay tuned for more magic. Peace to you all.

Hello everybody!

2018 was a wild ride and 2019 is sure to be all the more stellar. A new play “The Black Boy in Pink” by yours truly will have its world premiere as part of Northern Kentucky University’s YES Festival of New Plays. I cannot wait for this show to be experienced, for you all will be experiencing a part of me. Tickets go on sale in January for performances to begin in April.
